Mary Stohlman - Associate in MinistryMary has served on the staff at Community Lutheran since the year 2000 and her responsibilities include a variety of parish projects and social ministry activities including: Vacation Bible School, Bible Class for 3rd graders, Stephen Ministry, Prayer Chain, Lenten Service Projects, Quilting for Lutheran World Relief and Habitat for Humanity and others. She also serves on the Pacifica Multisynod Candidacy Committee that works with students preparing for ordination and full time church service careers. Mary has served the church since 1980 at Trinity Lutheran in San Gabriel, Emmanuel in Bakersfield and at Lutheran Church in the Foothills in La Canada and at Solheim Lutheran Home in Eagle Rock. She lives with her 2 very sweet dogs, Sunny a 14 year old pug/doxie mix and a Springer Spaniel named Dodger. They live in the San Gabriel Valley town of Monrovia in a 100 plus year old house with lots of fruit trees and roses and irises in the garden. |
Alison Conrad - Director of Youth MinistryAlison is a born-and-raised Southern Californian. She has a degree in Theology from Concordia University in Irvine. She is married to Matt and they keep quite busy raising their fun and energetic toddler, Kathryn. In her spare time, Alison enjoys scrapbooking, photography and other crafty things. Alison's job at CLC includes coming up with fun and relevant programming for high school ministry and teaching the midweek Confirmation class, along with monthly special events. |

Julie Mortenson - Administrative/Lay AssistantJulie was born in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up in the Lutheran Church. As a child she lived in Atlanta, Georgia and Ames, Iowa. Julie moved to Southern California in 1976 and except for a brief stay in Robesonia, Pennsylvania, has lived here ever since. She lives with her daughter, Elizabeth Conner, in Rancho Santa Margarita. She enjoys cooking, visiting museums, reading and researching. Julie’s position entails administrative duties such as organizing the newsletter, volunteer schedules, altar guild, advertising and writing editorial articles for the Trabuco Canyon News. |

Linda Roberts - Office AssistantLinda Roberts was born and raised in southern California. She has two sons, one who is married and a grandson as well. Linda has been a member of CLC for many years and is active in many of the ministries of CLC. One of the ministries that Linda oversees is the Adopt an Angel program. This is a program in which members here are able to give gifts to specific families who are struggling financially. |

Grant Rohr - Accompanist/OrganistGrant Rohr is active as an accompanist and keyboardist throughout the Southern California area. He received a Master of Music degree from California State University, Fullerton in 1984. Grant was resident accompanist for the Dance Department at the University of California, Irvine for eleven years prior to joining the Music Department at CSUF in 1990. At CSUF he coaches voice majors, and serves as accompanist for the University Singers, the University Chamber Singers, and the Opera Theater. Since 1985, he has been the staff pianist and one of the music directors for the Fullerton Civic Light Opera, where he has been involved in seventy-three productions. He has been a church organist since 1969. Since 1990 Grant has served as organist for Community Lutheran Church of Rancho Santa Margarita. |

Becky Elmore - Music DirectorBecky has been a member of Community Lutheran Church for 20 years and has enjoyed growing up as a member of the congregation. As a child, her parents ran the children’s choir and she is excited to have the opportunity to pick up where they left off. Becky received her undergrad from California State University, Fullerton in 2001. She taught primary music in Irvine Unified School District for one year and spent several years teaching private lessons on the flute. Becky has been the music director at CLC for the last two years. |
